• Export your financial data (Premium feature)

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all financial data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

While we strive to provide accurate services, we do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or data processing. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Finance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or contacting us.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
